What we do

We offer a tailored and holistic approach to every individual under our care. Examples of the services we have and can provide include small group residential and solo placements. We have experience in 1:3, 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 support. We can also offer outreach support to enable adults with learning disabilities to go out in the community, to make friends, socialise, and do activities in a safe and enjoyable manner.

We offer the highest level of support and intervention and therefore contribute to improving outcomes for all our service users. We have a private consultant psychiatrist in our team who works with us in our support for service users. We also work with the Local CATTS Team. Our staff are our ambassadors and the real resources of the company.  We always ensure: Experienced and trained staff, Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility, service users are listened to, wishes and feelings of others are considered, policies and procedures are always adhered to, partnership working with family members, professionals, collaborative and meaningful multi agency work, appropriate referrals for assessment / intervention, consultation with all, correct protocol for information sharing and confidentiality are just some of what we do.
