Creating A Safe Space To Grow

We at London Paramount Care Ltd are committed to maintaining a professional and effective workforce that delivers a market leading service with unrivalled specialism in working with Children with learning difficulties and or ASD.

Our Vision For A Bright Future

Inclusion

All children with complex needs and learning difficulties deserve opportunities to thrive and flourish, and an environment that supports them to do so.

Consistency

We believe that children and young people receive a better quality of care with consistent staffing – we build small teams of permanent staff that work solely with one child to offer consistent care day in day out, day and night

Experienced staff

Our children services are run and managed by a leadership team with over 50 years combined experience in working in children’s care settings.

Environment

We believe that given the correct environment, tailored to the physical and emotional needs of the child, that social and emotional development and a reduction in behavioral incidents can occur.

Home

We want all the children living in our homes to feel wanted and valued, this is where they live, and they have a right to feel safe and listened to.

Quality

We strive for outstanding care for our children and young people, with a work force who share that vision

We Make A
House A Home

The Next Steps

If you would like to know more about any of our residentials or refer a
young adult please read the below and do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

Environment

We like to have a good understanding of any child referred to us, and require up to date information including the EHCP, Local authority care plan and any pertinent documents including risk assessments if currently in a care placement. This allows us to decide if we can meet that child’s need.

Assessment & Placement

Assessment of young person to take place in several stages including a meeting with parents/social worker, then an assessment at one of our services including a full tour – if we feel we can meet a child’s need an offer of placement will be made. Once funding is agreed a transition programme can start for the child moving into our home.
