We pride ourselves on being a small business specialising in bespoke support services to the Health and Social Care sectors. London Paramount Care Ltd offers a wealth of personal and functional care and associated domestic services to meet the needs of its Clients or Service Users; these are young adults, those with a learning disability and/or Autism who may need assistance due to their conditions. This will be achieved by promoting a standard of excellence which embraces fundamental principles of good care practice that
is witnessed and evaluated through the practice, conduct and control of quality care.

Care is provided in partnership with service users, Staff and relatives, respecting their diverse needs, preferences and choices. It is standard practice for a member of our management team to visit each service user before commencing the service to be able to understand the individual situation and then provide the most suitable package accordingly. We provide both planned support and emergency intervention. Our services currently operate within Hertfordshire and soon will be expanding towards Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire.

Since the business was developed we are building it up into something quite special and we pride ourselves in the positive relationships we have been able to build; with the adults we have been privileged to support, along with the professionals that have been part of the caring team around these clients. We have always aimed to make a difference. We have pride in our performance and a passion for excellence.

Examples of the services we have and can provide include small group residentials and solo placements and we have experience in 1:3, 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 support. We can also offer outreach support to enable adults with learning disabilities to go out in the community, to make friends, socialise, and do activities in a safe and enjoyable manner.

We offer the highest level of support and intervention and therefore contribute to improving outcomes for all our service users. We have a private consultant psychiatrist on our team who works with us in our support for service users. We also work with the Local CATTS Team. Our staff are our Ambassadors and the real resources for London Paramount Care Ltd and we will always ensure: Experienced and trained staff, Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility, young people, adults are listened to, wishes and feelings of others are taken into account, policies and procedures are always adhered to, partnership working with family members, professional, collaborative and meaningful multi agency work, appropriate referrals for assessment / intervention, consultation with all, correct protocol for information sharing and confidentiality.

We employ staff who are experienced, confident, and professional. Staff are matched to individuals to achieve the best outcomes for the service users with whom they are working. The one thing all our staff have in common is that they “care” about the service users they are responsible for and the work they do with them.

This starts at the top of our organisation with the Managing Director, Operations Manager and cascades right down to all our front-line staff. It is an ethos we are proud of as staff go the “extra mile” and have a real “can do” attitude. The staff are our assets and a really committed team. They work in this profession because of their caring nature and personalities and, as professionals, they “like” young people/adults – an especially important quality! How do we know this?
